Who it reaches
01

Read the duty02
Paying an indemnity while a section 109(2) or 111(2) notice is in force is a contravention unless the notice is revoked, the Agency is paid, or the CEO permits the payment.
Read the dutyContext, not a duty
From 1 January 2028 an impairment caused by a motor accident or a work injury is excluded from access where a compensation law provides. The section binds the CEO, not the insurer, and it changes the recovery argument.
Read the provisionThe register
One page per provision or schedule item, in commencement order. Each page states who it binds, from when, what evidence is asked for, and what the text does not say.
Read from the real rules, not invented
Every answer on this site is written from the official text of National Disability Insurance Scheme Amendment (Securing the NDIS for Future Generations) Act 2026 (C2026A00066) and points to the provision behind it, so you can check any line yourself. The register holds 27 provisions, 137 evidence lines and 17 commencement entries, each with its source pointer.
The Act is held in full. Where a provision depends on the National Disability Insurance Scheme rules, or on a determination or instrument not yet made, the page says so rather than guessing.
Questions people ask
No. It is a reading of the Act and a dated record. It does not certify a provider, a plan or a process, and it does not replace advice on your own facts.
No. Every page, the check, the kit and the watch run from a reviewed JSON record. The check is a function in the page.
It is when Schedule 1 Parts 5 and 6 commence: automatic renewal of old framework plans, and the rewritten reasonable and necessary supports test. Parts of the Act are already in force.
Only if it falls inside section 10C. The answer depends on what it receives and what the rules prescribe, and the site says so rather than asserting one.
The text diff, any change to the register status, and any change to a stored date or a cited guidance page. It does not send a summary written by a model.
