A single reviewed record turned into the three files a committee asks for. The register lists every duty with its citation, the party it binds, the date it commences and the penalty. The evidence sheet lists what an auditor or regulator asks for, one line per duty, with an owner and a due date column. The dated plan runs from the build date to 1 January 2028, with the duties that are already live separated from those still ahead.
A monthly email, sent only when something changes. It carries the text diff against the snapshot this record was built from, any change to the register status, any change to a stored date, and any change to a guidance page cited here. It is not a summary written by a model, and it does not repeat itself when nothing has moved.
Neither decides whether you are an NDIS provider, whether a policy responds, or whether a particular claim is covered. Those questions need your own facts. The products give you the dated obligation and the evidence line, which is the part that can be written from the Act.
The 27 provision register, 137 suggested evidence lines, a dated plan to 1 January 2028, and the same rows as PDF, CSV and XLSX.
