Terms
Terms of use
Plain terms for a reference product. Read them before you rely on a page.
Accuracy
The pages are our own statement of each provision in National Disability Insurance Scheme Amendment (Securing the NDIS for Future Generations) Act 2026 (C2026A00066), read from the official text on 21 October 2026. They are a reading, not the official text, and not advice on your own facts. Check the provision before you rely on it. Where the Act leaves a matter to an instrument that is not part of the Act, the page says so and does not state the content of that instrument.
No certification or endorsement
Nothing here certifies a provider, a plan, a policy or a process, and nothing here is an endorsement by any regulator. The product is not affiliated with, endorsed by or approved by the Commonwealth of Australia, the National Disability Insurance Agency, the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission, or any insurer, reinsurer or compensation scheme.
Trademarks and copyright
Names of Acts, instruments, bodies and schemes are used to identify the subject matter and remain the property of their owners. The wording of this site, the record and the kit is copyright The Art of Service. You may use the kit inside your own organisation. You may not resell it or publish it as your own.
Price and delivery
The kit is USD 799 one off and the watch is USD 49 a month, as shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase. Payment is taken by Stripe. The kit files are served on the success page and emailed to the address on the payment. The watch can be stopped at any time.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes a guarantee, condition or warranty that the Australian Consumer Law says cannot be excluded. Where a guarantee applies and the failure is not a major failure, the remedy is limited to supplying the product again or paying the cost of having it supplied again. Subject to that, The Art of Service is not liable for a loss that follows from relying on a page instead of the official text or on advice about your own facts.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Queensland, Australia, and the courts of Queensland have jurisdiction.
