What this site collects, and where it is kept

The free pages and the check collect nothing. The paid products collect the email address Stripe takes at checkout, so the kit links and the watch can be sent.

Where it is kept and who can see it

The site is served by Cloudflare Pages, which holds the pages and the kit files. There is no database: this site does not store a purchase record of its own. Payments are processed and held by Stripe. Email is sent by SendGrid. Those three are the only processors. No analytics script, no advertising pixel and no third party tag is loaded on this site.

What the free check does

Nothing leaves the page. The three answers are held in the browser for the length of the visit, used to filter the record that is already in the page, and discarded when the tab closes. There is no server call, no cookie and no log.

What a purchase stores

Stripe holds the payment and the email address. This site receives the session identifier so it can confirm the payment and serve the files. The email address is used to send the kit links and, where the watch is bought, the change emails. It is not sold, not shared for marketing and not added to another list.

Your choices

Write to support@theartofservice.com to ask for a copy of what is held, a correction, or deletion. This site holds no copy of your details to delete; a deletion request covers the address on the watch list and the mail record, while Stripe retains its own payment and tax records as the law requires. The change watch can be stopped at any time, and stopping it removes the address from the watch list.

Cookies

No cookie is set by this site. Stripe sets its own cookies on its checkout page, under its own policy.
