C2026A00066NDIS Checker

Free check

Which of these duties reach you, and from when?

Answer three questions. The check returns the duties that apply to that combination, in date order, with the evidence each one asks for. It runs on the record in this page, with no email and no account.

Which duties reach you, and from when?

Three questions, answered from the record on this page. No email, no account, no model at runtime. The result is a reading of the Act, not legal advice.

1. Who are you?
2. What are you doing?
3. Has the NDIS Agency or its CEO sent a notice under section 109 or 111 in the last 24 months?

How the check decides

Each of the 27 provisions carries three facts in the record: the roles it binds, the activities it touches, and whether it depends on a notice having been received. The check returns a duty where your role is in its role list, your activity is in its activity list, and the notice answer matches or the duty does not depend on a notice. A question you leave blank makes the answer incomplete, and the check says so rather than narrowing the result.

What it will not do

It will not decide whether you are an NDIS provider under section 10C, because that turns on what you receive and on rules this Act does not contain. It will not tell you whether a policy responds. It will not certify anything. Those are the questions the pages and the kit are for, and some of them need your own facts.

What a complete answer looks like

A complete answer lists the provisions that apply, the commencement date for each, the penalty where the Act sets one, and the suggested evidence lines. You can print it or save it as CSV. The CSV carries twelve columns in the same shape as the paid kit, so the rows drop into an existing obligations register without reshaping.
