About
Who makes this, and how it is made
The National Disability Insurance Scheme Checker is published by The Art of Service, an Australian compliance publisher. It is written and maintained by Gerard Blokdyk.
What the product is
A free reference and scope check for National Disability Insurance Scheme Amendment (Securing the NDIS for Future Generations) Act 2026 (C2026A00066), and a paid obligation kit and change watch. The register reads the Act provision by provision and states each duty in plain English, with the citation so a reader can check it against the official text.
How the record is made
The official text is downloaded from the Federal Register of Legislation and read in full. Each provision that places a duty is recorded with its citation, the legal obligor, the commencement date, the penalty and suggested evidence. The suggestions are ours, not statutory requirements. The wording is ours, checked against the source with a seven word overlap test, and the page states where the Act is silent rather than filling the gap.
What it is not
It is not legal advice and it does not certify anything. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or approved by the Commonwealth of Australia, the National Disability Insurance Agency, the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission, or any insurer, reinsurer or compensation scheme. Names of instruments and bodies appear because the Act cites them.
